While pure white fondant has a mellow flavor, it certainly can be enhanced
using Butter flavoring or CLEAR Vanilla flavoring.

Knead flavor/extract into icing until well blended.

Two Flavoring used by professional to make the best flavored frosting are available in BUTTER and PURE WHITE VANILLA.

Both flavorings will not change your icing color -- other flavorings will change your white frosting to a pale yellow like grocery store flavorings but this product will keep it pure white.
