Safety
- Always ask before cooking.
- Get an adult to cook with you or watch you.
- Use pot holders for handling hot pans.
- Always turn your pot handles to the side so you don't bump into them when you are passing the stove and knock them off.
- Sharp knives can cut you. Do not try to use sharp knives yourself until an adult teaches you how and says it is ok for you to use.
- Have an adult help you open cans - learn to handle the cut off lid carefully to avoid being hurt.
